Refund policy

At AGAFI, every order is prepared with intention, care, and love. We believe each piece carries purpose, which is why we do our best to make sure you receive exactly what you expected.

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. We kindly encourage you to carefully review sizing, colors, and product details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, we’ll always be happy to help before you order.

However, if you receive an incorrect item or there was an error on our end, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can review the situation together.

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in excellent condition.
• It must remain in its original condition.
• The request must be made within the stated timeframe.

If the mistake was made by us, AGAFI will cover the shipping costs related to the replacement or exchange.

Items marked as sale or final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please also make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
